Specific details
In the Wrocław factory we give at the disposal of our automotive Clients injection presses with automated robot stations (clamping force from 40 to 2000 t). The machine park also comprises EPS presses efficiently serving projects from the automotive industry. The Mszczonów plant offers a machine park equipped with EPP and EPS presses.
Technologies: traditional injection, injection with gas, over-moulding, high gloss, ultrasonic welding, EPP and EPS shape moulding, shape moulding with inserts
Products:
1) Exterior injection moulded automotive components: wheel arches, grilles, sensor holders , wheel housing, floor rail, bumpers, front, rear door panels
2) Interior injection moulded automotive components: dashboard elements like glove compartments, door and window pillars, steering column trim, door handles, air vents, center console, roof module
3) technical parts from expanded polypropylene (EPP): - EXTERIOR: shock absorbers, air grilles- INTERIOR: cockpit elements, door padding, side impact protection (SIPs), floor padding, trunk compartment elements (boot fillers, tool trays)- SEATING:headrest cores), arm rests anti-submarining ramps, seating inserts
4) EPP returnable packaging for transport of car parts5) EPS one-way packaging
Services: - Full simulation of processes (FS, DFM, Mold Flows) based on CAD model.
- Development and coordination of tool implementation (Europe, Asia)
- Coordination of texturing (Standex, Mold Tech)- Testing, measuring reports- Full reporting by PPAP or VDA.
- 3D measurementsIn addition to the typical injection, we perform additional operations directly at the machines. Their scope includes: assembly of soundproofing elements, clips, hooks, ultrasonic welding and others.
